ok so my day is going so great!! finally on track!!!! ok so this is what i have had so far!! For my shakes i had to use 2% milk since i was out of Skim so the cals on the milk is up, still ok!

Breakfast:
slim-fast shake(240 cal)

Lunch:
slim-fast shake(240 cal)
cucumbers w/french dressing (110 cal)

Snack:
string chesse (80cal)

Total:
670 cal

Well i just got done eating dinner and i'm stuffed!! Over all i'm very please with what i have done for today. I'm still sick but that should be gone hopefully before monday. I have been studying all day other then that just stayed in the house, its to cold to go out!!

Breakfast:

grilled-chicken salad (380 cal)

1050... a little low, i might have a snack later.
 
Good to see that you're back on track. Quick question....how filling are those slim fast shakes. I def. don't want to go on that diet (I could never do it b/c I like to eat too much) but sometimes when I'm in a rush in the morning on the way to school, it would be nice to have something quick and on the go like that.
 
They arent that bad, i dont do the can ones i dont like the tast of them, to me it take like the can. So I use the powder kind, i put 1 cup of skim milk, 1 scoop the shake mix w/ice in a blender like a mil shkae, i think its really good!

I finally worked-out today!!!!!!!!
Well i'm not really sure how many cal. I have eaten today. so this is what i have had so far:

Breakfast:
Shake

Lunch:
heart candy (bad i know, but was on the run...)
a little sample from my cousins wedding shower not much but here is what i had.....
3 little meatballs
2 square chesse
1 little piece of cake
1 ham roll

Dinner:
chicken salad crusant
about 10 fries
1 mellow cup

Workout:
20 mins on treadmill (1 mile)
10 min of weights

I think its about 1500-1600 cal.

Note to self..... NEED TO STOP EATING CANDY!!!!!

Well i ended up going to some stores with my friend, and we stoped by wendys and a had some fries w/water. I bought some to give them to my daughter but she only got about 7, shes only 1yr, so she dont need much and nither do i....lol.. i also had about 15 teddy grams. I still think that i'm goos, i really dont think i went over 2000 cal. which i'm happy of that.
 
it's ok! at least you didn't eat an entire large fries from there :)

btw i picked up the slim fast powder mix, and i'll let you know how i like it :)

I got the chocolate shake, which one do you use?

french fries and that dam crispy chicken sandwhich lol anyway you did gr8 sharing with your daughter and having a WATER instead of a pop.:+)

I'm so far has been one of the best food wise in a while!! I went to the store bought alot of new foods and i'm ready for next friday to weight!!

Well this is how my day went: I feel so good and ready to really start this and get in gear!! I have really done good all day!! No candy for me!! so happy about! well hear is what i had so far:

Breakfast:
Oatmeal (120 cal)

Lunch:
2 turkey & bacon wraps w/1 small jello (240 cal)

Snack:
Honey nut bar (90 cal)

Dinner:
Beef tips w/A-1 sauce (220 cal)
Brown rice (100 cal)
sweet potato (180 cal)

Snack:
WW cookie dough ice cream (170 cal)

Drinks:
Water (2 1/2 bottles)

Total cals:
1120 cal

Hello..so far my day is good so good!! I'm so happy, today i had a test in my Patho class and i made 100 :jump: that just made my day!!! I have done good with my eating also, i'm about to go eat my lunch then study for my
A&P1 test for tomorrow.... Hope everyone is having a great day!! :seeya:
 
HOORAH for your 100.

i take all online classes and they are way too easy. we get like 2 hours for each test and they are all open book, so anyone who doesn't get at least a 95 has something wrong with them lol.

glad you had a good weekend and are feeling good.
