WOW..i have been doing so good this week!! finally on track!!
So my day has been pretty good, i have been really tired, still no workouts going on.. i will try to start that next week. Ok so this is what i have eaten today:

Breakfast:
Dry cereal (150 cal)

Snack:
Nurtigran bar (130 cal)

Lunch:
Lean cusien (240 cal)

Dinner:
Tuna (180 cal)
Bread (120 cal)
Brown rice (110 cal)

Drinks:

2 bottles of water (i do need more water!)

Total:
930 cal. Remaining cal 270........

Later i might have another snack to use up the 270 cal left!!!

Well so far i think i have done ok, so i'm going to put what i have had so far....

Snack:
1/2 nurtigran bar (60 cal)
Box of sweethearts candy (110 cal)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisien (280 cal)
bread (80 cal)

730= total
470 left....

Well i thought i was doing good until... i ate dinner omg i ate at 9pm, late i know but i had alot to do tonight! ok so this is what i had:

Box of sweethearts candy (110 cal)

Lunch:
Lean Cuisien (280 cal)
bread (80 cal)

Snack:
icee (60 cal)

Dinner:
Fried chicken strips in olive oil (?)
season potatoes (100)
pintoe beans (?)
 
hey angel, thanks i know but i hate eating late!!..lol i feel bad when i go to sleep & i dont sleep good!! ohh well...

OK.... so i had a great time spending time with hubby this weekend!! That trip was well needed!! He thought i look great!! YAY that made me feel really good and want to lose more for next time..lol..
ok so this weekend as far as my food, was kinda bad...i really didnt eat that much but what i ate was bad! JUst to name a few, BurgerKing, Taco Bell, Pop Eyes.... lol... but the good news is that its ok.. tomorrow is a new week for me and its back to my plan!! I have 16 pounds to hit my 30 lbs mini goal!!! before april 26 (the wedding)...

OK i just got done eating dinner and boy i'm stuffed!!!!! So my day was really good for me today. I was going to workout today but i hate to run my babysiter to the store and do some homework and study for my test tomorrow. I will try tomorrow, might go on a walk with the baby if its warm out!! I still need to get fruit into my diet as well!! So here it goes:

Breakfast:
Cereal (150 cal)

Snack:
Sweethearts (110 cal)

Lunch:
Lean Cusine (320 cal)
2 chicken wings (150 ?)

Snack:
ice pop (60 cal)

Dinner:
Grilled-chicken w/ bbq sauce, cheese, onions & tomatoes (375 cal)
Butter beans (60 cal)
brown rice (100 cal)

Snack:
peppermint patty (320 cal)

3 bottles of water

Total:
1645 cal..... well i went over 445 more then i wanted, but still not a bad day for me, i could have done w/o the peppermint pattys what they were good..lol..there is no more in the house so wont be eating them tomorrow!!

Girl after my own heart. Heh. I would love to know what part of NC you are from Amber. I spent the first 14 years of my life in NC too and hubby is also from NC. If you don't want to say town and just say eastern western etc, that'd be cool.

Btw, were those pintos homecooked or from a can?

I grew up in Mt. Airy (Mayberry, heh). Ever been there???

I could eat pintos every day of my life (well, I'm sure I'd get tired of them if I really had to) but I just love those things.

I have found the best canned ones that taste more like homemade are the wal-mart brand. And they aren't that bad, low fat and high fiber etc.

Yeah, I used to buy those too, but found the wal-mart brand was cheaper and tastier. which is just too much for me to pass up.

Do you add anything to yours? I love Pintos with cornbread and a few toppings.. (don't get grossed out).. kraft mayo and chow chow relish.. yummmmy.

Ok I gotta stop talking about food.. I just ate and now I want this stuff.
