It was a better day, I ate well but did not exercise. I thought about it, but the ground was too slick to walk on confidently, riding would have been a mistake. Cate and LaMa are right I think I need to find a winter exercise alternative, I will see what I can find.
Rob, you are right we are supposed to get a bunch more snow tomorrow, guess I'll spend a lot of the day plowing and shoveling. I still feel a bit grouchy, but am trying to act like I'm not and that's helping me feel better, the act as if thing. Emily, you may be right it may be part winter blues.
I ordered some supposedly healthy low calorie meals and snacks. So far I am not too impressed, the snacks are ok but no lower calorie than cracker or fritos. The meat and potato meal I had for lunch did not taste as good or fill me as well as my usual sardines, and it had more calories. Guess when these are gone I'll go back to what I was eating.

In 1011 the Tepanec tribe settled on the western side of Lake Texcoco, in Azcapotzalco, now a part of Mexico City. The Tepanecs were forerunners of the Aztecs. A few years back I worked on cleanup of an old oil refinery in Azcapotzalco, it was one of Mexico's largest and oldest refineries, I worked as a consultant to Pemex, the Mexican oil company. When Felipe Calderón ran for president he made a promise to cleanup the refinery and turn it into a park for Mexico's bicentennial, September 16, 2010. It became a real political hot potato so Pemex hired all kinds of international folks to help, I was luck enough to be one. It was an interesting experience and sure enough the park opened right on time.
Bicentennial Park · Attractions . Even before that project I really liked Mexico City, its a very interesting place to visit.
