Today was good, while I was working out the endorphins were hitting me hard! I kept grinning like a maniac haha

. Today I think I ate around 1400 calories? They were hard to measure foods.

Toast and tofu scramble
Chocolate vegan ice cream

I don't even feel bad about it haha.

Rice, beans, kale, guacomole, tofu

Exercise : 59 min, 565 caloris (442 cal in 45 min, I incorporated more sprints)
Stretches, 100 crunches, some lat pull downs.
I think I might watch wimbeldon while working out tomorrow. That should get me to the gym!
