It was a little bit of a weird week eating wise, I have still not gotten back to a clean feeling of hunger before I eat but I haven't binged again.
Sunday:2000ish
Monday: so much
Tuesday:1200 but ate despite not being hungry at all
Wednesday: 400 but again just wasn't hungry. I wasn't punishing myself for eating too much. Ive yo-yo'ed like that in the past and it was horrible and unsustainable.
Thursday: 1300ish but but somewhat unhealthy (Tater tots)
Friday:1300ish
Today: not hungry so far, stomach still feels full/ stretched from monday.
I want to the gym tuesday, wednesdsy, and friday. Walked a bunch this week as well (8 hrs maybe slow pace) Yesterday got 451 cal/45 min on elliptical, 530 overall.
I went spinning for the first time in years this week! It was great

I forgot how much I liked it.
Also, it was crazy but despite everything this week I got on the scale yesterday and saw... 160 lbs/ 72.6 kgs!! I was sooo happy
