A new start for MommyOf2!!

OK - I'm burning out on counting points!!!! Help - I need motivation. I'm not eating excessive amounts of food, but I am getting sooooo sick of calculating and figuring points. Please help motivate me!!!!!

Ok Try This Rice Diet With Me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 We Will Rock!

Laurel, Great job on getting that Boot Camp done! :D LOL Cursin' me by the push ups were ya? LOL Its hell for twenty minutes but HEAVEN when you really get through it :D I agree with you on the cool down - I usually do a different cool down for the same reason but the main workouts are great :D I wanna tummy tuck too! LOL After the twins, nothing really has been where it should be  Oh well, fantasy tummy tucks work for now! LOL

Try taking a SHORT break from point counting. Something I do for foods I eat often is post a list on the fridge so all I have to do is look it up really quick, grab and go :D It makes the counting a lot less "draining" for me. Also, I pick one day of the week where I put things I eat often (cottage cheese, point veggies, etc) into small storage containers so the points are already counted all I have to do is write it down after I grab it. Hope it helps ya :D

You're doin' great! Keep kickin' butt :D

That would have been so funny to watch you cursing Cassie while doing the pushups! :D Oh yes, a tummy tuck would be nice. My tummy was never flat even when I was skinny but after three kids it is a long way away from that.

Sorry I can't help with posting the photos. I think you scroll down and go to the manage attachments.

31lbs :) it makes ya feel so good to say that youve lost that much weight, but I'm with ya on the tummy tuck feeling...who isn't??! lol...
hope you have a great weekend, don't worry, you'll get out of the point counting rut soon :)

I know that your post about your surgery is kinda old but I certainly feel for you. It is hard to get back into an exercise program after surgery, especially when there is physical pain involved. I had two major surgeries last year. I had my appendix out at the end of June at 20 weeks pregnant and then I had a C-section a few months later. Needless to say I gained a lot more weight than I wanted. But as you did I got back into the swing of things and I've been walking 3 times a week since January.

Go MommyOf2!! You are so close to your goal, you have to keep working it and show that body who is boss.

Whats this "inner whore" business? That pierre is too much. lol

Can't wait to see you lose more. Someone is getting skinny around here. hehe

Hey Laurel! Where have you been??

Do we gotta send out a search party for you again? Lol! Hope you had a great Mother's day!

Hey Get Back In Here At Least To Let Us Know How Its Going!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi all!
So sorry to have been MIA for a bit. I threw my back out. It was so horrible! I'm just now beginning to feel better, but sitting at the computer was pretty much out of the question.
I'm back. Not exercising yet. I still watched what I ate (other than a Whopper on Sunday - but it had no mayo, I didn't eat half the bread, and no fries or soda). I am actually down to 153, if you can believe it. I'm so happy! I really hope to be back at the gym on Tuesday and on my regular work-out schedule. IF I feel better on Sunday, I might squeeze in a video or some time on the treadmill. I'm just watching it because it was so bad.
Thanks for inquiring!

SOOO glad you're back, Laurel! :D I missed ya!:D Sorry to hear you threw your back out! That is one of the WORST things, I think. Hopefully you get back to rights soon and can do what you want comfortably :D Have a great day and take it easy :D
