I agree with you on the cool down - I usually do a different cool down for the same reason but the main workouts are great

Try taking a SHORT break from point counting. Something I do for foods I eat often is post a list on the fridge so all I have to do is look it up really quick, grab and go

It makes the counting a lot less "draining" for me. Also, I pick one day of the week where I put things I eat often (cottage cheese, point veggies, etc) into small storage containers so the points are already counted all I have to do is write it down after I grab it. Hope it helps ya
