Hi all! They symphony was great! My daughter and I had a blast. Then in the p.m. we went for a long walk together. I actually got a bit of a work out! She kept up and never complained about it. I was proud of her! She's turning into a really neat person. Who woulda thought????? Her sister, on the other hand, is driving me nuts! She's 2 and an emotional roller coaster!
I am continuing with things. I just am not writing down my food, but I'm eating well and exercising well. Just got a bit burned out of logging it all.
In July I'm doing Group Personal Training two days a week. I'm a bit scared! My regular Tues./Thurs. teacher is going to train us as a group, go over our food for the week, weigh us, etc. She says she guarantees we'll lose some weight. Should be fun! That'll be the month of July, so we'll see. I'd sure like to be down at 145 by the end of summer. Then worry about maintenance from then on. Yay!
