Today I did an exercise video that was a pretty decent work-out, albeit out of date. On Cassie's recommendation, I finally ordered the Biggest Loser DVD. I hope I like it! On a whim, I also ordered a Billy Blanks Cardio Kick Tae Bo DVD. We''l see!
