It felt good walking today - got it in before the rain, and now the last half of the day was pretty but cold - weird weather we're having no doubt.
I went to the store today - got a lot of fresh foods. I've got the strawberries, grapes and grape tomatoes cleaned and in bowls. Cilantro and green onions chopped (so that I don't let them go bad during the week because I hadn't prepped them) and have tons of tomatoes, cukes, bells, yams, zucchinis a few potatoes, onions, bananas & apples - I better eat fresh this week or die trying
I also picked up some fresh stuffed sole, and salmon encrusted with sundried tomatoes & pine nuts.
I gained two pounds this week - I generally gain two and lose two - but have in the past lost the two by Sunday - not so today. I'm tired of the yo yo'ing and not losing. I've been sitting at the 175 mark since March 01st. I started upping my calories in January and was able to still lose about 8 pounds but then came to a stand still about March. I've been having *on average* 1800 calories a day and the weight isn't budging. I wouldn't consider it a plateau - I consider this maintenance.
1800 calories along with all the exercising I do, should NOT be maintenance.
So, my goal for this week is to maintain my exercise schedule, eat fresh and drop my calories to 1400-1600.
I'll re-access next Sunday.
