Congrats on fixing the leak. Now you know what you can eat when it's maintenance time ;) I can hardly wait for the day when I can get on a 2 lb. yo-yo.

5mph is still nothing to sneeze at. I'll never see 5mph in this lifetime.
 
Pre-packaged is so easy it's horrible. I hate preparing food, but luckily I haven't used too many pre-packaged things so far. I avoid buying it so I can't use it. Thinking about preparing food... I need to make my lunch for work tom :rolleyes:
 
You mean they make foods that arent pre made/packaged?!?:eek:
I have alot of trouble eating fresh as well, my mother never cooked nor did my grandmother, I am lost in the area of food prep...but I am trying:)

Good morning everyone :)

I love fruits & salads - but for whatever reaon, I just haven't gotten into eating as much of them as I had - in my head it is SO summer and it's just barely Spring ;)
 
Hi girl. Mmm... fresh fruits and veggies. Premade foods are so easy and I eat them way too often. But I'll be the first to say there is no food more satisfying than fresh produce!

Hi Deb, do you have any farmer's markets in your area? I love those places. Great fresh fruit & veggies, and no worries about chemicals.

I took measurements - they're the same as they were on 3/19 and 4/01 nothing's changed except the same two pounds I keep gaining and relosing.

It's my eating - lots of processed, packaged, conveninent &/or frozen foods. I need to get back to the basics.

Like Randy said, you found the leak...but I so understand how you feel...the yo-yoing is aggravating...I just came out of that...for like 3 weeks!!!

After seeing all that you did in your workout, i dont think you should call yourself a wimp for doing one set of push ups..lol.. Im only good at the down part of push ups..lol
