Like Randy said, you found the leak...but I so understand how you feel...the yo-yoing is aggravating...I just came out of that...for like 3 weeks!!!

Thanks Beth - my leak has been around since March 01 - and I've added weight training during that time. Hopefully, I'll get this in check since I'm pretty well sick of sitting at this weight for so long!

After seeing all that you did in your workout, i dont think you should call yourself a wimp for doing one set of push ups..lol.. Im only good at the down part of push ups..lol

Just got in another 2.5 miles 27.19 10.87 minutes per mile

I need to go add that and this morning's walk to the Walk Around the World - I keep forgetting to do that!

And Mal - about those pushups - it feels wimpy - I can do the bent knee ones but the regular ones knock me out. My dad used to do one handed push ups or the ones where the arms are extended way out above his head.

He'd laugh at me if he knew I couldn't do 10 REAL push ups LOL!

Your walking speed just amazes me lol. I cant even picture in my head what it would look like to walk that fast.

All this talk about push ups inspired me to go try one.......I did........and I failed lol. I can only go down a little bit, if I try past a certain point, my arms just give out on me. But I havent tried them in a while...i'll keep trying and maybe eventually i'll be able to pull off 7 like you :)
 
I guess that blister is all healed. Your speed looks like it's moving back the way you'd like.

Your workout is inspiring. :)

I wanted to say thanks for stopping my my diary with your encouragement a few weeks ago. I a little slow responding around here. If my kids didn't need me to feed them and take them to activities I could have more fun around here. Just wanted to also say how terrific your work out is. The real push ups and a mile in less than 11 minutes alone make me envious, I'm not near that fitness level yet......you are doing very well.

Im wondering if we cant capture the energy expended from users on the forums who walk or run or cycle, and somehow put it back into the electricity grid ... :D

WOW 5 miles, that makes me look bad, all I have done today is housework. BORING!! I wish I walked 5 miles today, I would feel much better considering tomorrow is my next weigh in. uggg, really don't want to do it. Maybe I'll do a little walk tonight. You inspire me big time!! Good job m2m

You're getting that speed back up. I think I am going to have to start working on speed soon because I don't really want to walk for more than 45 minutes until summer so once I get a bit past 2 miles I think I'm going to work on speed.

Good plan, Cannon! When I used to walk around my neighborhood (years ago), I tried to improve my time each day. On the treadmill, as I lose weight and lower the number, I burn less calories in the same amount of time...so since I don't like that idea, I up the intensity so that I burn more each time, even if it is only a few...hehehe...burned three more today than Friday in the same amount of time.
 
I got a walk in this morning before the rain passed through here.
5.36 miles 58.34 minutes 10.88 minutes per mile.


You all got rain too? It was ugly and cold here....as well as rainy! But the sun is shining now....and its dinner time! Kudos for getting your walk in. *high five*
