I know that heart-stopping feeling...but, nope...you did not gain 4.5 pounds....it's temporary. But it does mess with your mind in ways that are not fun!

So I got my walk and exercises in.
4.81 miles 53.03 minutes 11.02 minutes per mile (no jogging)
Thats amazing!! I blame my ability on not being able to walk more than about 3.5mph on my short legs. They really arent that short, but since i'm fat, they look kinda short lol, so I use that as my excuse. I could go a lot faster, but there is no way I could go that long at that speed! Way to go!

Now I read in someone else's post that you had mentioned that they should put their walking in this one challenge (the one to walk around the world). I was wondering if anyone could do that, because I walk almost everyday for part of my cardio and if anyone could do that I would gladly post it! If that's the case I'll have to figure out the mileage because part of my walking is done on my lunch break, therefore, no treadmill to keep track of the miles.
I would also like to say congrats on your exercising... boy oh boy do I hate squats! Keep up the good work![]()
