Your mpm is really coming down nicely. What is a good mpm to be competitive ?? (ballpark figure)
Eeek - I don't know as I've never been competitive IRT walking before. I know the Half Marathon I'm looking to walk in January says you must be able to complete the 13.2 mile course in 16 minutes per mile and the other two affiliated races say that you have to complete their 13.2 mile course in 13 minutes per mile. Granted, they are more designed for runners/joggers.
I gotta say, I just love the passion you have for better living. Take a bow Debi.
Thanks T2 - It might just be my narcissitic side shining through

See my post on rewards in the club section!
Artichokes are awesome for you. They are loaded with good fat. Good fat helps burn the bad fat.
Thats true - but in the past I would only eat one artichoke a year - simply because I have always loved it with mayon! That, and it is the one vegi that must be organic IMO - if not, as they are growing, the pesticides that are sprayed on them get absorbed down into the globe of the artichoke where it sits and gets absorbed into the heart

The dip however, is all mayo, parmesean cheese, cream cheese, etc. ACK!
Runnersworld.com has a program of running and walking that goes for like 20 weeks that is pretty good, just FYI.
Thanks FGT, I'll check it out. My plan is to alternate my walking and jogging until I'm jogging more then walking, and making better time. As it stands now my walking time is almost as good as my jogging time!
Yeah, basically all I ever read is my subscribed thread, and I am saying Hi so I am subbed to yours.
I'm glad you did

I always feel so inspired when I stop by your journal, but the last few days, I've been terrible about getting to very many!
