Hi M!!!! I'm so happy and proud for you - choosing the Coto Loop and going the 13 miles. And your walks have hills!

My goodness you must be getting very fit cardiovascularly speaking. Have you noticed improvements in any "numbers" due to your walking (BP, RHR, cholesterol, etc)?

How good you must feel.

Well...um...that would mean going to the doctor.
I haven't gone in oh, well...let's just say, Megan is now 10 in a week or so ;)

My BP has always been really low, especially for my size. I checked my RHR the other day, but don't remember what it was and I don't think I've *ever* head my cholesterol checked.

Me bad!

My cholesterol was sky high a few years back when I had to get tested to get life insurance.

It's one reason exercise is an important part of my weight loss - getting fit and eating right will lower the cholesterol.

Course I never go to the doctor either, so I haven't gone to see if it's better. When you fill out forms that ask for primary physician, I say "Can I put down my OB/Gyn?"

I did call my OB/Gyn the other day to find out how much I weighed before and after my pregnancies - since I don't have a regular doctor to call. I wanted to know where I am now relative to pre/post pregnancy.

Boy was I surprised! I always thought I was carrying around baby weight, but I found out I weighed a lot at the beginning of my first pregnancy. Who was I kidding? Can't blame the babies after all, have to blame me. :p lol

Yeah, I certainly can't blame Megan for any of my weight gain either ;) I weighed 219 when I got pregnant, I gained 13 pounds while pregnant and lost 16 pounds when I had her.

I don't have a primary physician either - but my BP looks good whenever Megan talks me into trying those machines at the grocery store ;)

OK - I'm officially off of here for awhile, it's Meg's turn to play club penguin.

hEY GIRL I AM SO GLAD TO SEE YA I MISSED ALL OF YOU! So lets get this forum rocking and rock all this weight off once and for all!

That's what we're doing Tina, one pound at a time!

Our accumulative weightloss must be staggering!!

Hey girl that is a great idea why dont you start a club of weekly pounds for most in the forum that would be awsome to know the totals weekly

Hello M2M
Just popping my noggin in to say "HELLO"
Have a gr8 Monday and my legs hurt just reading how
far you walk lol ! Tammy

Hey Everyone :)

I'm out the door to go to my book club - we're discussing Lolita tonight, it should be interesting!

It's 6:20, and I've only had about 450 calories today - I'm bringing a salad I can eat and strawberries - I should be within range by the end of the night!

wow, evening and only at 450.... *stern look*

well just as long as you get that intake within range I'll withdraw the stern look.... have a good night!

I'd rather read a young girl's strange, erotic journey from Milan to Minsk. ;) (free Starbuck's coffee to who gets that line - it's really not that hard).

Major kudos on the 13 miler. Damn girl, you're just a walking machine now !! What's next ?? sleep-walking 4 miles a night ?? at the rate you're going .....

I don't know - did Seinfield publish a screen play for Rochelle, Rochelle?
;)

I'm not going to type much, I"ve had two beers, one martini and one shot of jack - let's not even talk about the artichoke dip I ate!

T2, glad you're back, I'll catch up0 tomorrow!
