Total 11.50 miles 2:34:10. Or 13.40 minutes per mile
Last week's time:
Total 11.50 miles 2:45.02. Or 14.34 minutes per mile
I shaved 10.92 minutes off the route! I'm glad I went :D

Girl, you are burning up those trails. Wow.
 
My morning walk:

Total 5 miles 1:05.27
Lap 1 Warm Up .25 mile 4.13
Lap 2 Walk 2.25 miles 28.59
Lap 3 Walk 2.25 miles 28.45
Lap 4 Warm Down .25 mile 4.10

This is the first time I've met up with my walking partner in over a week - my time was 3 minutes slower, but we stopped to inspect the dead fox and we chatted A LOT!

Also - I did no jogging - which means my walking/talking/looking at dead fox time is only 3 minutes slower then when I add jogging. Hmmm...
 
Yeah, my walk/jogs aren't much faster than my walks. I jog realllllllll slow, but I sweat more when I do.

Do that weight training you were putting off. Don't dilly dally any more. Do them while you read diaries. Well some of the upper body anyway. Sexy arms.......

I'm thinking the fox must have slowed you down a lot! Unless of course you jog really really slow ;)

The fox was beautiful, and I don't know what type, I have to read up on what's out here from the fox community.

As for the time, well, I think I'm a slow jogger - and it makes me walk slower during the walking parts because I'm winded ;)

Oh...man...I can't do it now - I just ate a HUGE lunch/early dinner and I'm too full...and then I hafta run to target, and then I have diaries to read...and then it will be time for bed and...and...and....and didn't I do my 5 miles already....???

Well if you "run" to Target, my guess is you'll get your 5 miles in...then again, not sure how far Target is from your house. ;) :p But seriously, you've probably accumulated quite a few steps/miles just running errands...and EVERY step counts! :)
 
Well, some steps count more then others - as it turns out, I didn't get my strength training in today at all...instead, I parked my butt in the kitchen and caught up on diaries ;)

I'll do some tomorrow - definitely!

Good night to you - and I'm sure that baggy 14 skirt was a fluke! When I came out, I asked the girl if the skirt was supposed to sit at the hip bones - I think they were just make to be that low, or close to it. Even at that, the hem hit the ground. That's why she recommended the 12. Everything else I've tried on this week has been a 14!
