That is something I am *so* bad about and want to get better
I'm about 5'8.5" My driver's license says 5'8" but that was when I was 16 (I'm 40 now) and I've been measured at 5'9" and when I measure myself on against the wall I'm 5'8.5". I'd LIKE to be officially 5'9" because if that was the case then I would be in the "over weight category" and not the "moderately obese" category
And yep - today's my day for strength training. I've done the lower body, and can easily do the upper body - it's the core & crunches that I *loath* I have to fess up to that

Kaitie, thanks, I hope to make it out of the 200's soon too, although, I don't think it's going to happen before weigh in tomorrow! I just keep telling myself it's the overall, long term downward progression that's important, if be it, slow sometimes
