Sounds like your doing great I have glanced through your diary...It is nice to see that you still eat "real" if that makes any sence...Sorry to hear about your daughter, mine missed choir practise last night, fell off a trampoline Tuesday afternoon and has a bad neck and sore ankles...Hope all is well and I will continue to pop in
 
How tall are you anyway?

I'm only 5'4" but I have long legs and I've always walked fast.

Ok, wait, I'm going to take my vitamin..........Ok, I'm back. I took it. Have you taken yours yet today???????

Now I'm off for my strength training. Shouldn't take long. Is this your day to do it as well?

Are you KIDDING??? No! I don't mind, and no, I haven't taken my vitamin - wait one sec...
OK - now I've taken it :D That is something I am *so* bad about and want to get better :)

I'm about 5'8.5" My driver's license says 5'8" but that was when I was 16 (I'm 40 now) and I've been measured at 5'9" and when I measure myself on against the wall I'm 5'8.5". I'd LIKE to be officially 5'9" because if that was the case then I would be in the "over weight category" and not the "moderately obese" category ;)

And yep - today's my day for strength training. I've done the lower body, and can easily do the upper body - it's the core & crunches that I *loath* I have to fess up to that ;)

Kaitie, thanks, I hope to make it out of the 200's soon too, although, I don't think it's going to happen before weigh in tomorrow! I just keep telling myself it's the overall, long term downward progression that's important, if be it, slow sometimes ;)
 
I just wanted you to know that you are doing great! So many times people lie to themselves and say they don't have a problem. I guess so it don't have to be fixed! BUt you are doing wonderful and you'll be down to what you want before you know it. One day at a time!!

You're right, it's one day at a time - one after another - and a whole lot of 'em ;)

I think I was in denial for so long regarding my health, fitness and eating habits, that once I made the *choice* to get fitter and leaner, I had to be honest with myself. I want to be a grandma someday. I want to be a fit, healthy grandma :D

It's Trader Joe's equivelent of an ice cream sandwich.
But Dairy free and with Meg's cold, that's a *good* thing :D

Hey girl! I've been missing ya in my absence. I'm so sorry to hear that Ms. Megan isn't feeling well, I'm sending "get well soon" wishes her way!

Glad you got that extra walk in, gonna try to get me one this afternoon. My great news from Curves this morning has me all pumped. I don't know, might play a game of tennis. My daughter, Breana, is about to start lessons and we're going to buy her racket and all that jazz this evening. This'll be great for me too, she'll have to practice with me at home. That oughta help me get those last 2.5 off!

and congrats on the awesome calorie fat carb control thats gr8 work!
I saw Icecream and mouth started watering lol So far I found Dairyqueens
fat free homade fudge posps are so darn good, I bought some healthy
choice chochlate ice cream sanwhiches and YUCK too much of something
in there tasted bad but it was chcochlate ice cream on a sandwhich
instead of vanilla? Have a good 1 Tammy
