Wow! Thanks you guys! I did have a good rest day! My muscles and my feet definitely needed it! Ever since I started focusing on improving my times, I can feel my muscles and joints - a lot. Having the day of rest really helped.
It was a tough day for Megan, a lot of emotional ups and downs in regards to swimming - she got moved into the gold group, but asked to go back to the silver because she couldn't hear the coach, didn't know what was expected of her, what she was supposed to be doing, felt slow, etc. Only to go back to the silver group and realize that situation is intollerable for her - all on top of having a huge fight with her best friend.
It was very emotional...

Anyway, I'm done eating for the night - I have NO idea where my sodium hit the roof today, I'll have to go back and look at what I ate specifically - I'm sure I'll suffer the consequences tomorrow - it doesn't help that TOM showed up yesterday...the good news is I'll probably be back to normal come the next weigh in
