First off a big congrats to Megan!!!! 2 Congrats to you for
the no ice cream pizza cake eating! Lol must have been a weekend thing for every1 bad food everywhere!Your walking is awesome you are doing a mile in good timeing I must be slow I do the floodwall (3 miles like 40-45 minutes)Lol I guess me saying I have short stubby leggs is no exuce :p !

Just been reading back/catching up ,
Man you are going great guns, dont worry about being under on the calories - ive had a few days ive been the same. I usually go for something high cal thats not filling (read: chocolate) for a treat :D
 
Good Morning Everyone,
Today is my rest day, so no walking for me - it's weird to lay in bed and let the time slip away when I COULD BE out there!

Anyhoo, I'm going to be in and out today, but I'm hoping to catch up on diaries today. I hope you're all doing well!
 
Wow! Thanks you guys! I did have a good rest day! My muscles and my feet definitely needed it! Ever since I started focusing on improving my times, I can feel my muscles and joints - a lot. Having the day of rest really helped.

It was a tough day for Megan, a lot of emotional ups and downs in regards to swimming - she got moved into the gold group, but asked to go back to the silver because she couldn't hear the coach, didn't know what was expected of her, what she was supposed to be doing, felt slow, etc. Only to go back to the silver group and realize that situation is intollerable for her - all on top of having a huge fight with her best friend.

It was very emotional...

Oy...girls!

Anyway, I'm done eating for the night - I have NO idea where my sodium hit the roof today, I'll have to go back and look at what I ate specifically - I'm sure I'll suffer the consequences tomorrow - it doesn't help that TOM showed up yesterday...the good news is I'll probably be back to normal come the next weigh in ;)
