I feel really good meeting that goal by today (17 August) - Originally, when I first started writing my goals down, I planned on being at 210 by the first week in October!

One-derland is still a ways a way - but definitely by the end of September!

You know, this weightloss thing, DOES work!

Hey there m2m thought I would stop in to see how you were doing!

And wow girl....woo hoo woo hoo for you!!!!! I'm soooo happy that you've reached your goal. You really deserve it, celebrate big time at that wine party you've earned it!

I'm so glad I stopped by, I was feeling like there's no way i'm gonna reach my goal by my birthday. I'm very tired today so I was gonna skip aquasize tonight, but you have motivated me!! I CAN DO THIS!!!!

You are just hitting milestone after milestone girl!!!! I am SO PROUD OF YOU!!!!! Fifty pound mark, 20 pound challenge, halfway mark, Onederland around the corner. It's all so very exciting.....I think I just peed my pants a little!! LOL!!!!

Congratulations, you have worked HARD for this. You've been consistent and devoted to making your goals and you are now reaping the rewards. And those rewards will just keep rolling in one after another.

M2M is a star!!!!

LOL! Ya know...the first time I realized this, it actually suprised me! :rolleyes: I guess I had convinced myself that there was something wrong with me because I didn't lose weight on the Atkins diet. :p

You are doing awesome!

ONEderland by the end of September, eh? Bring it on, baby!!! :D

This isn't my diary, but I will go ahead and answer this one for you...ONEderland is when you hit the 100's...ya know...199 lbs or less. It is a HUGE achievement for those of us who weigh 200 +.
 
Hey M2M you've been busy loosing since I was away I see, well done on reaching your goal and sorry I haven't been here in ages. This is just a wee quick message and I'll catch up on therest of your diary later!
 
Hi Everyone,
I don't have a lot of time to post right now, or to check diaries, I'm hosting a book club at my house tomorrow night and a wine club party on Wednesday night, so I've been doing a lot of running around and cleaning!

The good news is I am "officially" at 210 before my wine club! One mini goal down - a lot more to go ;)

I was able to figure out my calories & exercise for last week.

I averaged 1303 calories per day over the week and I walked 26.2 miles and did my x-training exercises 4 times.

I compared my pedometer to the pedometer on the Precor Eliptical machine, and each and every time, my regular waist clip pedometer shows 1.01 miles walked for every 1.34 miles on the eliptical. So I have not been counting .33 of a mile for every mile I've walked for the last 6 weeks!! Since I started keeping accurate records, I have walked 173.2 miles. Adding in the .33 for every mile brings the total up 57.12 extra miles for a total of 230.32 miles in 6 weeks. I was stunned!

Anyway, I have to shut down my computer for awhile, or I'll never get anything done ;) As busy as I am, I'm sticking to my "plan"

I just got back from my Sunday night endurance walk...phew, it was tough tonight.

All this week, I've been walking on the eliptical and doing 15 minute miles, but for shorter distances as well as the xtraining machine and exercises. The eliptical defintitely works different muscles then just walking, however, I was able to better my time.

Last week:
I went 7.3 miles in 135 minutes (18.49 minutes per mile).

This week:
I went 8.5 miles in 145 minutes (17.06 minutes per mile).

My goal for this next week:
1. If not lose, then maintain weight of 210 (although I LOVE the after endurance walk weight of 207.8!) Dehydration can only last a short time though ;) I have two parties at my house this week - lots of appetizers and yummy foods plus two nights of drinking.

2. At least 18 miles of walking spread out over the next 6 days.

3. Minimum of 3 x-training days.

4. Increase my water - I've been getting about 72 oz and I feel better with 100oz a day.

So that's the plan :)

a party:::::perk::::: with like real food and everything lol. ehhh you will do fine you always do. worst case just walk 50-60 miles the next day ;)
