I don't have a lot of time to post right now, or to check diaries, I'm hosting a book club at my house tomorrow night and a wine club party on Wednesday night, so I've been doing a lot of running around and cleaning!
The good news is I am "officially" at 210 before my wine club! One mini goal down - a lot more to go
I was able to figure out my calories & exercise for last week.
I averaged 1303 calories per day over the week and I walked 26.2 miles and did my x-training exercises 4 times.
I compared my pedometer to the pedometer on the Precor Eliptical machine, and each and every time, my regular waist clip pedometer shows 1.01 miles walked for every 1.34 miles on the eliptical. So I have not been counting .33 of a mile for every mile I've walked for the last 6 weeks!! Since I started keeping accurate records, I have walked 173.2 miles. Adding in the .33 for every mile brings the total up 57.12 extra miles for a total of 230.32 miles in 6 weeks. I was stunned!
Anyway, I have to shut down my computer for awhile, or I'll never get anything done

As busy as I am, I'm sticking to my "plan"
