Well fruits can be good but I really want my Easter candy, so I'm gonna have cheat days during Easter. I only hope I can preserve some kind of moderation this time around compared to Christmas when I went out of control at times. LOL
Still under 85, see how it goes? I'm actually doing pretty good at my current weight, a lot of cloths are fitting etc. But my ultimate goal is still to be 72 kg, as I remember it I was so much lighter on my feet at that weight. I was even able to run over 3 km in 12 minutes at that weight.

Thanks for dropping by eerika! Well my plan was to be under 80 kg by now but I have been slacking for the last 2 weeks or so . But now I'm at it again and I will try to get under 80 kg by mid summer. But maybe that is a bit optimistic so if it does not work out my plan is to get under 80 kg by August. And that I have to manage. My long term goal is still to get to 72 kg but that may be for next year...

Good to have you back Justina! With your progress and my cheating it would not take you too long to catch up with me. I've been cheating a lot the last few weeks but I've put a end to that now.
Up 2 kg since last week. My weight graphs are not looking good right now . Well from here the only way is down (I hope).

Thanks for stopping by jen! Well it has been a struggle to get back on track and I have to admit that I have been cheating also this week so far. Shows on the scale reading I guess . So today I have written out everything that I have had so far and can see where I went wrong. 6 cookies with milk and 2 waffels too much so far . Not good and this weekend is kind of a holiday here in Finland so I think I have some treats also this weekend. Think I have to start fresh next week...
