I'm doing really well diet wise but the damn scale isn't moving. It's like my body is telling me that it won't lose any weight if I don't move my lazy ass. Is that what it takes for me to lose any more weight to exercise or go into starvation? Today I had 1300 kcal...
Breakfast: 2 waffles with apple sauce (250 kcal)
Lunch: Blood bread soup (400 kcal)
Snacks: Slice of wheatbread (100 kcal)
Dinner: Bun with ham and low fat cheese, apple (375 kcal)
Drinks: Water, coffee and skimmed milk (175 kcal)
Well!
Todays weight: 81.8 kg
Exercise: None

Really bad I know. Well it shows on the scale reading this morning, up 1.2 kg. Hope I'll do better tonight, no more cookies and milk for now.
