Ok, it woukd have been good if this is all I had today but i have cheated again this evening.

Snacks: 2 cookies

Thank you guys for your support. This binge eating really has to come to an end now. May this be me wake up call. I'm almost 90+ again! Not good!!! Today I have not been eating anything else than what I've written down here in my diary. I will not go over 90 kg again! I'm gonna go back down velow 85 kg and then down under 80 kg.

Phew! Down 2 kg today . But still up 2 kg since last week . May I never binge again.

I hope you never binge again too! your delicious pictures were always so tempting and delicious looking
Does it help if you stop snacking for a while? I have found sometimes when I stop snacking and wait until I feel I have better control which is sometimes weeks then I can snack without going overboard. I generally don't mind going up and down about 2.5kg but anymore then that and it seems to stick around much longer and take way more work then its worth it.
I wish you luck though! You were 82 kgs just a couple of pages ago so you can get back there in a couple of pages
Thanks tally for your support! Yes, I really need to put an end to this binge eating but it is so easy to slip if you have a treat. I hope some of my current weight will come off easily and that I can stay on track long enough to at least beat my lowest readings so far.

TikTak, have you ever tried protein bars?? I eat some tasty protein bars if I feel like wanting something sweet. Where do you get that CAKE?! You cant buy it, if it is taking you to wrong way!
Thank you guys! I'll better stop cheating. I seem to do it all the time when I've started . My mother bakes the cakes and buns and i like to have them with my afternoon coffee . The real problem lately is that I have cheated in the evenings and had lots of stuff that I sould not eat while trying to lose weight. Lets see how things work out from now on...
