Hello Stacey, thanks for stopping by! Well, I have been cheating alot for 2 months now, which can be seen from my weight . I'm up 6 kg from the beginning of April . Oh no! That looks very very bad when I think of it but now I have started to take steps in the right direction and I hope I won't be cheating at all in June and July. I really hope I can lose some of the weight that I have put on during the summer. Today I did not cheat .

Ive eaten few pieces of sweet cake and some sandwich cake in my sister's graduation party, and I gained immediately almost 2 kg!! If I would eat like you do, I would gain my 6 lost kilos back in a few weeks... Feels like I will gain kilos if I even take a look at some junk food!
Hello eerika! Yes my diet is not swo good at the moment, Ireally sould do a lot better. Today for example I did have three rounds of cursts with milk in the evening, not good for my diet . I really have to start to get back to a low calorie diet!
