i weigh 85 kg and am 5"3' i lost one kg in one month :(
but i lost inches. so measure urself too! (y) u will feel better :D

Hello misspoodle! It's the kind of bun that is like bread taht I ate with sausage. I weigh myself first thing in the morning after I have been to the bathroom.
