Here's mine so far:
Month of January, 2011 - 7 pounds lost
Feb 7 -3
Feb 14 -2
Feb 21 -3
Feb 28 -4 -19 so far, but a LONG way to go (approx 70 more pounds)
 
Congrats on quitting smoking and of course your weight loss. What a great success! :)

Hi. I'm new here and I need this thread badly. 49 years old truck driver, 6.o ht. at 350 pounds. Started my diet again about a week ago. Eating healthy, no soda, no donuts or sweets, no fry food. Need to lose 130-150 pounds in 2 years. Keeping my calories at around 2000. I do 45 minutes to 1hr fast walking daily. Good to be here.
