Bad news. I ended up gaining 2 lbs (i dont' want to update my ticker yet, it will make me emo) but I am glad you are doing so well.

what do you find is your sucess? how does it work for you. i read your first few posts in this thrad and you sound just like me motivation wise. i recently found the right motivation. does it carry on> how did you find it.

You just have to set goals...and eat and exercise properly. Moving stuff through your body will help so make sure you're pooping 2 times a day. That's normal.
You also have to realize that you're doing this for you and only you. You need to take control and work hard, it will pay off. It's now 45 down! :)
 
you poo twice a day!! sorry thats amazing!! i usually poo once every second day. but i only have one kidney so i have to cut it some slack.

did you try to loose weight before and fail? i always want to know how i will know for sure that im finally going to do it and stick to a plan, i wanna know how other people really took it serious for the first time and kicked the fat habit.

You all are awesome.

You need to get your bowels moving. It's VERY important.

My best friend is coming home on August 4th from Banff. She hasn't seen me since I was a big fat fart....so I still have enough time to lose about 15-20 pounds so I'm going to work my butt off so I'm a size 14 at least by the time she comes. I'm going to go all crazy on my stomach this week.
 
I normally poo only once a day. I thought once a day was normal...twice a day seems like a lot, but then again, i'm not an expert :D
 
but what do you eat in order to poo twice a day??? lots and lots of fibre i take it? i already eat a very high fibre breakfast, on a good week ill poo once a day but thats pushing it!

yeah. you should be pooping once a day if not twice. you should look into just taking a fiber supplement. not like exlax or anything like that. but fiber like you would eat... only in pill or water form. if you get something like that it will be slow but it will help you be more regular and get your bowels on track. that's essential. big key factor to my weight loss. people get backed up and they don't even really think about it. everything just sits in your intestines and it's not a great idea. colon cancer, parasites, old, old waste.... it doesn't sound every good but we need to wake up and realize that all of this is inside of us...and it doesn't need to be and it shouldn't be. that's why many people are not only irregular but over weight because they can't process food like they used to and a lot of it just sits there.
 
Here's a life lesson for you:
"Don't say you're going to do something and not follow through"
Don't let yourself not do it.
That's what I'm doing.
I need to stop being lazy and kick it up a notch.
 
205!!! 5 pounds till I'm on the state line. 6 pounds till I'm in the 100's. Very exciting. I can't wait to get these next 6 pounds off.
I'm so happy with my progress. My belly button area is now down to 39 inches. So I'm going to start lots of ab and back workouts to start tightening up the flab. I really want to look great for August 6th! Then the rest of the month I will be working to get as close to 170 as possible before school starts. I move August 13th so as soon as I get there I'm going to be looking into Gym memberships and such. So yeah, these are my plans.
