I am back on my old BP meds & am hoping that the weight will start coming back down soon.Tracking & exercising sounds good to meDon´t apologize for not having to lose a lot of weight, by the way: it´s harder to get motivated to start when it´s not yet extreme but if you don´t do it it will usually get worse. So go you!

Thanks, Jen. Doing weights makes me feel really good but I need to do cardio as well. I have been lazy latelyGood for you on hitting the weights! If I could just lift and do NO cardio and get away with it I would. I love lifting - it's almost like meditation for me.
I feel like I'm back in the swing of things & am feeling better about myself.
