Triceps with the Exercise Band

Exercise Tube or Band Forearms (Wrist) Shoulder: Side Shoulder: Front Trapezius: Upper Triceps

This exercise can be done almost anywhere - all that is needed is a small length of an exercise band.


  1. Hold the band behind your head with one hand. With the other hand, grasp the band behind your back.

  2. Exhale and straighten both arms at the same time. Inhale and slowly return to the start position.
