The Best Protein "Milk" Shake Ever

I can't take full credit for this, but this recipe cures my sweet tooth, fires up my metabolism and keeps my feeling full and not hungry until lunch

Ingredients

  • 2 Scoops of chocolate low-fat, low-sugar protein powder
  • ½ Cup low or no fat milk or soy milk
  • ½ Cup water
  • 2 Teaspoons Splenda Sweetener
  • 1 Teaspoon baking cocoa
  • 1 Teaspoon Freeze-Dried Coffee

Instruction

  1. In a blender add all ingredients
  2. Start to blend:
  3. Add ice cubes and water to create desired consistency.
  4. Pour and enjoy!
