This appy will make your friends want to come visit more often! It is low in calories and is full of flavor!
- 4 oz. package of salmon
- 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
- 1 tsp. skim milk
- 1/4 tsp. white pepper
- 1/4 tsp.dried whole wheat dill
- 16 small slices of pumpernickel/or preferred bread
- In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and bread.
- Spread cream cheese mix over each slice of bread.
- Top each slice of bread with salmon and serve.
