Smoked Salmon Spread

This appy will make your friends want to come visit more often! It is low in calories and is full of flavor!


  • 4 oz. package of salmon
  • 1/4 cup fat-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped green onions
  • 1 tsp. skim milk
  • 1/4 tsp. white pepper
  • 1/4 tsp.dried whole wheat dill
  • 16 small slices of pumpernickel/or preferred bread


  1. In a small bowl, mix all ingredients except salmon and bread.
  2. Spread cream cheese mix over each slice of bread.
  3. Top each slice of bread with salmon and serve.
