Sauteed Apple Rings

Easy to make,no fat and very low in calories dessert!


  • 1 large apple
  • 2 tsp butter or margarine
  • 2 tsp brown sugar
  • 3/4 tsp Ground cinnamon


  1. Peel, core and slice apple into four ½-inch rings. Heat butter in medium-size skillet. Stir in sugar and cinnamon. Add apple rings to skillet and toss gently to coat. Cover and cook over low heat 10 to 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve warm
