Sauce Dijon a la Provencal

This extremely low-calorie and low fat sauce makes a great accompaniment for your favorite beef, fish, chicken or pasta!

Ingredients

  • 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) stewed tomatoes, undrained
  • 2 small onions, quartered
  • 1/4 cup GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp. sugar

Instruction

  1. COMBINE all ingredients in medium saucepan. Bring to boil on medium heat.
  2. REDUCE heat to low; cover. Simmer 25 min. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally.
  3. SERVE warm with cooked chicken, beef, fish or pasta.
