- 1 tablespoon barbecue sauce
- 1/2 cup chopped (precooked) chicken
- 1 whole wheat pita
- 1 cup sliced romaine lettuce
- 2 tablespoons diced cucumber
- 1 tablespoon low-fat ranch dressing
- Stir together barbecue sauce and chicken.
- Put in microwave for 30 seconds.
- Stuff into each pita.
- In a medium sized bowl, mix cucumber with lettuce and add dressing.
- Stuff into pita and enjoy!
