12 Minute Run (MET & VO2 Max) Calculator

The 12 Minute Run (Cooper Test) is used to determine a persons aerobic fitness, which is the bodies ability to use oxygen. This test is a prerequisite for selection to Jr. and Sr. USAT teams.
