Enjoy this protein meal made more exciting with its rich pesto flavor.
- 4 4 oz/120 g salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp Spinach Almond Pesto
- 4 lemon wedges
- Preheat oven to 375 F (190 C).
- Place fillets in a baking dish and spread 1/2 tbsp (7 ml) pesto on each fillet.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.
- Serve each fillet with a lemon wedge.
