A loaf you will love! Very low in fat and calories!
- 18 1/4 ozs white cake mix
- 1 1/2 c bananas, mashed
- 4 ozs fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 c fresh cranberries, halved
- 1 whole egg
- Preheat oven to 350. Prepare two 8"x4" loaf pans with cooking spray.
- In a mixing bowl, combine cake mix, cream cheese, egg, and bananas. Mix until smooth. Fold in cranberries. Mix well. Spread batter evenly between pans.
- Bake for 50 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
