- 2 cups dried cranberries
- 1 1/4 cups coarsely chopped walnuts
- 1 cup packed brown sugar
- 1 cup water
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 6 Gala Apples, cored and chopped (about 3 pounds)
