So here's the deal..............

I was doing so well and then school started and before I knew it, I just didn't have the time to focus on my diet or prepare my own meals like I had been doing. It became so much easier to grab stuff on the go which needless to say landed me back at what I feel is square one. Surprisingly, I'm not sad about that because I know now that when I fall off, I just have to get back on. This morning is the morning that I want to get it back together. I've revived my sparkpeople account and have already planned out the day. I'm also making a decision to drop a class because I think I took on more than I could handle this semester. I'm in class 5 days a week and when you are a nursing major that isn't a good thing. Maybe one free day during the week will alleviate some of that stress. The class material isn't even difficult, it's just finding the time to study for it all that's the problem. I also miss coming here, this truly is a great place. I found motivation here. This weekend, I'm going to take some time out and devise a plan on how to make this semester and my other life activities go smoothly for the time being. I know I won't be able to post to my diary as much as I'd like, but i'll find a way to get it done, maybe weekly or twice a week would be good. Well, I won't bore you guys any longer. I'm off to check in and see what's new with you guys......:D

good for you for not getting discouraged and for being proactive... preplanning, i've found is a huge help... that way i can allow for guilt free snacking... :D

take care of yourself- don't let yourself get too burned out by doing too much... pace yourself as they say... we need good nurses... :D

Congrats on the 50lb loss, that is absolutely great. How do feel? I don't have to ask how you've been, you've obviously been doing wonderful. I'm so happy for you. CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! :D
