I didn't end up exercise last night :( I really wanted to but I laid down for a minute and that was it I feel asleep..lol.. I had a long day yesterday..


Today's Update:

Breakfast: Plain Oatmeal sweetend with sweet 'n' low
Snack: Oatmeal on the go bar
Lunch: Sliced chicken sandwich with baked lays chips
Supper: Cereal... I was craving some cereal.. lol

Exercise:

30 mins of tai chi

Well I didn't exercise tonight.. I was tired.. but I HAVE TO DO IT TOMORROW!!! I've took 2 days in a roll off and thats too many.. so tomorrow my days gonna end early so I'll have no excuses.. but eating today was great.. this challenge does really help bc I don't want to get elminated nor do I want to let my team down so I stay focused!! Also since I'm not following a diet plan and just eating healthy for the time being (until the weight stops coming off) it's SO much easier bc I feel like I'm just changing the way I eat compared to having to following a strict diet plan.. I am considering counting calories but haven't decided yet.. just one of those see as I go things.. anyways just some thoughts for the night but I'm off to bed I have to be up early.. thats it for now

Wednesday's Update...

Food Intake:

Breakfast: Granola Bar
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich w baked lays and light yogurt (I know I'm eating the same that for lunch everyday but I'll really starting to crave it everyday)
Supper: Chicken Noodle Soup

Exercise:

1 hour of belly dancing.. My dvd finally came and MAN it was a WORKOUT!!! Its a 4 pack I did one tonight called cardio shimmy and the bonus feature of waist sculpting but my hips and lower back feel so nice and strecthed and relaxed now)

I'm going to try and wake up early and do an AM workout just depends on how fast I can fall asleep and if I can't sleep I'll get up and do some strength training :)

Thursday's Update:

Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: Chicken Noodle Soup (it was freezing outside I needed something warm!!)
Supper: Chicken club panini, carrots, broccoli, and fresh pineapple (I really wanted something sweet)

I think I drank about 100 oz of water today!! Wow thats a lot that should clean out my system!!

Exercise:

45 min tai chi
63 min of cardio

Total: 1 hour 48 min


So that's 3 hours and 18 mins so far but the work outs haven't been too intense.. so this weekend I'm gonna hit it hard!!

I've already drink like 50 oz of water today!! I went to class and the teacher said well no class today you have you drug test today! So we all had to go to the local doctor and do our thing.. I got there first and went back and couldn't do...lol so I had to go to the waiting room and drink and drink and drink lots of water!! and when I finally got to go back I had to pee SOO BAD.. lol

I'm going to have having supper late tonight after my 9 pm deadline but I have no choice bc class ends at 9 and I'll have to come home and than fix supper but oh well..

I think I'm gonna go do some exercise.. I have class at 530 so I have some time to do a few things!! I'll check but in later!!

YAY on drinking all that water!!!!!! .....we should do a water challenge.....hehehe.....I love all these challenges....EXERCISE, NO DRINKING, this that....heheh...now all we need is a WATER challenge....!!!

Glad to see you back on the bandwagon! It's seems like you're off to a great start. Congrats on losing 8 inches already!!! That's amazing. :)

Great job with all the walking on the treadmill. Go kick that treadmill's butt!!

Ahh I can't believe how long your classes are. Here I complain about having a 3 hour class once a night :x

Thanks!! Drinking lots of water really is hard!! I think I've had like 90oz so far.. wow thats a lot.. lol and not drinking really is hard that used to be my problem not so much anymore I had to kick the habit bc it got me into to much trouble with school.. lol

Yes I'm back on this time here to start I've got everything else straight in my life at the moment now I have no excuse not to rock this weight loss and its been a lot easier bc I'm not of diet just eating healthy.. its a lot easier without the restictions!! And your doing great over 30lbs that amazing!!! and yea my classes are long but oh well it just means I'm getting closer to the end of school....lol
 
So I've seriously been slacking this week on exercise.. I think the reason is bc its the first week back to school and its kicking my butt bc my classes are long and after I finish I usually go to work and it's making me tired.. I think I'll be back on top next week just the first week is always hard to get adjusted too.. I didn't work out anymore today.. I might tonight but haven't decided I'm really tired.. but I know Fri, Sat, and Sun I'm seriously gonna kick my bodies ass and exercise a LOT!!! At least I've been eating right.. thats a plus!!


It's freezing in our house!! Our heater has been acting up and it had to do it when its like zero degrees outside!!! ugh.. and something weird they cancelled school for my little bros and sis bc its cold outside!! whats up with that?? I think it's cRaZy!!

anyways I'm out I'll check but in tomorrow!!

Well I got my lazy butt up and did 63 min of cardio doing workout videos.. but I'll still gonna work really hard this weekend!! But I'm off to bed!! Night all

Fridays Update:

Breakfast: Oatmeal on the go bar
Lunch: Subway Italian BMT on flatbread and baked lays chips
Supper: Olive Garden I fulled up on the salad and one bread stick.. I still order an entre but order sauteed shirmp with some pasta I ate a couple bites and really could eat no more so I bought the rest home for my sister so I wouldn't eat it tomorrow!! I was SOO happy first time I really ate out since I started and I made healthy choices!!!

Man, 0 degrees?!?! It doesn't even feel like winter here. I have no idea what's been up with the weather lately but for the past week it has been in the mid 70s, sunny, and just beautiful. It's crazy. Come visit San Diego!

Anyway, you're doing great Amanda :) Keep it up!

Thanks JZ I think I'm finally there!! It's just took me years to get here!! lol but now I know I have to change the way I eat completely and not go on a diet for a little while and be done with it!! But thanks for the encourangment!!

Yes I do agree finding the willpower to eat healthy when everyone else is eating junk is HARD!! I have been exercising this week I have over 3 hours but its not intense at all.. although the belly dancing is a workout but any work out is better then none right? and YES ZERO degrees it was freezing today!! And your SO lucky to be in the 70s :coolgleamA: anyways thank you! And I hope your feeling better!
