I know what you mean. I was so nervous at first that I was going to find out how badly I was eating and just want to give up, but its not so bad at all. You should definitely eat more than 1500 calories, I find 1500 difficult sometimes. Depending on the day and my mood of course. Here's why you don't have to worry too much: I'm trying to just stay under 1900 a day, but I'm not quite that strict. I just try to stay under 13300 a week (1900 x 7), so if I do go over 1900 on one day I don't have to panic because I borrow from another day. This week on monday I did 1450 and tuesday I did 1750 so yesterday when I did 1935 I knew that I had the extra calories and it didn't really upset me. Of course, I'm super happy if I make it alll week under the 1900 target every day, but that's over and above what I expect of myself. Also, as of now, I've never borrowed from a future date, only what I've already "saved up". It just gives a flexibility to it, so that you can actually live your life and be spontaneous a little bit. Not crazy, just
normal.
