Well tonight been exciting!! If thats the word.. Went out to eat with a friend and we also went to see a psychic.. I don't really believe in them but my friend wanted to go so I was like what the hell why not... and hmm well I think the lady was a fraud! But it was fun! And when we were coming home I got PULLED OVER!! OH NO!!! I had expired tags :( and now I have to go to court for it but I have to try and get the court date moved bc its on a Monday and thats one of the day I really can't miss class so I'm calling in the AM and see what I can do.. crossing my fingers... but I hope I can get it moved.. anyways when she pulled me over I knew why.. I don't know how she seen my tags bc it was dark outside and I was going 70 (the speed limit) and I couldn't get my drivers license out of my wallet it was stuck finally after trying for a while and then I couldnt find my insurance card I searched for the for about 5 min or more and finally found it!! and when we were sitting there a tow truck pulled up and really fast and started backing up toward I WAS LIKE OH FUCK ARE THERE TOWING ME??? but no I was the wrong person thankfully.. but she let me go and told me I have to go to court but she said they should drop everything.. hopefully.. anyways thats my story for the night.. craziness.. idk if I'll be working out tonight I'm beat after work and all this excitment tonight and its already 1130 and i have to be up at 7 so I can get ready and go the court house to pay my registration and all the county my court date is in and see if they can do something for me... but tomorrow and sunday really I'm doing at least 2 or 3 hours each day..

anyways thats my excitment for the night hopefully for a while.. night all

Well woke up early and called the court house in the county I got pulled over in and they were closed so I decided I'd call my court house before I went out in the cold and they were closed too I guess everyone is taking advantage of the long weekend! So after the phone calls I decided to go back to bed and sleep in for once. So I woke up around 11 its nice to sleep in every now and then!


Food Intake:

Breakfast: Honey Sunshine by Kashi (yum) & a glass of cranberry juice
Snack: Pineapple
Lunch: Chicken Pot Pie
Supper: Chicken panini (I toasted 2 slices of whole wheat bread and sliced about 4 oz of chicken breast and used a bit of fat free cheese and like 10 bacon bits and it was quite yummy) and I had carrots and green beans
Dessert: Half a 100 cal pack of chocolate rice cakes... yum


Exercise:

1 hour belly dancing
A little over 2 hours on the treadmill at the upper end of my target heart rate the whole time!!!

Sorry to hear bout getting pulled over, definately sucks. Just enjoy your weekend, get some exercise in, and destress :)

Yes!! it definitely sucks but she said they should drop all charges when I go to court hopefully!! But I'm praying I can get the court date moved bc I'm going to get in trouble if I miss class!! I'll find out Tues I hope!
 
Well just finished a little over 2 hours on the treadmill and was in the upper end of the target heart rate the whole time... No strength training tonight my mom's bf is out there and I don't want to go out and exercise while he's out there.. but I'll do it tomorrow!! I did pretty good today I got a little more than 3 hours of exercise today! But I still need my strength training for the week!! I'll hit tomorrow again!! Night all

Sunday's Update:

Breakfast: grapefruit and banana
Lunch: Turkey Sandwich and baked lays
Supper: Chicken Noodle Soup

Exercise:

2 hour on treadmill
1 hour belly dancing
30 min strength training
250 crunches

I've had almost 11 hours of exercise this week!!! Yay!! I still have 30 more mins of strength training to meet the challenge requirement for the week.. but I'll get that tomorrow for sure!! I'm gonna hit it hard again tomorrow and I'm taking Tuesday off!!

LOL my belly dances probably more than others when I'm doing the belly danging.. hehe and I'm hoping I'll drop a couple lbs.. crossing my fingers.. and I'm still gonna get in some more exercise tonight and tomorrow.. hoping for the best tho

Lunch: Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers Pasta 2 pieces of my homemade healthy garlic bread
Supper: Grilled chicken breast and carrots

Exercise:

1 hour treadmill
1 hour bellydancing
30 min booty exercises
30 min strength training

Well I had 13 or 14 hours of exercise this week.. woot woot.. I'm not sure how much for sure and I don't feel like adding I'm being lazy.. lol.. anyways I'm hoping to drop a couple pounds this week.. crossing my fingers.. but that doesn't do anything.. I've ate right and exercised lots!! So hopefully it will pays off!! I'll have my results posted in the AM..

And I have to go to my court house and get a new ID and get my registration on my car.. which I should have done in December oh well it's my fault! Have to deal with it! Overall total inches lost: 17 INCHES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW IN 2 WEEKS!! THIS IS AMAZING!!! WOOT WOOT!!! I'm SO happy!!!

Weigh in: 231!! I lost 3 lbs this week!!

So I'm happy with the first 2 weeks so far I've lost 6.8lbs total!!
 
Tuesday Update:

Food Intake:

Breakfast: Egg Sandwich
Snack: Oatmeal on the go bar
Lunch: Chicken Pot Pie
Supper: Cereal

Fluids: Drink 7 glass of water.. 16 oz glasses.. so total about 112oz..

Exercise:

45 min tai chi

Thats all the exercise I'm doing today! MY BODY IS SOOOO SORE!! I've part of my body is hurting so it needs a rest day! I'm probably do some stretching so my body will loosen up a bit! But I did like 10 hours of exercise in 3 days over the long weekend making up for the first half of the week.. But I LOST 9 IN and 3lbs!! So it paid off!!

I'm only 11lbs away from my first mini goal!!

Anyways I'm about to go check out the team forum! Hope everyone had a great week!!

Just checked out the challenge 97.2 oz of water? I can do that!! I usually drink like 70 or 80 so I'll have to add a few more glasses!! But totally doable!!


Also went to the court house and then to the locate attroneys office and someone called the county where I got my ticket and they dropped all the charges just needed a fax the proof that I got my regristration.. yay I was happy about that too!! So far this days been awesome!! Expect for being super sore! I bet I'll be getting in bed early tonight!! lol
