Did not make it to the gym this morning. I’ll go in the afternoon after my car appt at 2. Then I have to go to the Caribbean store to grab some stuff for tonight’s dinner. Taco night!
Breakfast was 2 fried mozzarella sticks, 1 chicken nugget, one whole wheat bread, an egg, cheese, and salami slice. Lunch was a small slice of a personal pan. Then I had a little pasta and ground meat. Dinner was two tacos- 1 haddock and 1 steak.
Made it to the gym. 10 min on arc trainer, 10 min on elliptical, 20 min walking around the track.
