Last night had donuts. Ribs!

Woke up early to go to the bank to deposit some checks.

Today I overate at lunch and dinner. Had pernil, seasoned rice, salad and 2 slices of chocolate mousse cake.

Went to Alex baptism. He liked his gift.

Tomorrow I get to sleep in. At noon I have to take my bro to the dispensary.

It's so hard to get back to eating sensibly for the day when you've already had a treat and it's all right there.
 
Today started my day with a filling breakfast. I had a sausage and egg on a 25 cal low carb tortilla.

Not doing much today. Maybe I’ll clean up.

I made an appt for a consultation for NeoGen plasma for my under eye hollows. A did it and she looks really good. So I’ll try it.

Lunch was a big salad with garbanzo beans and zucchini shredded, spinach, romaine lettuce, bean salad with honey mustard Walden dressing (0 cal). And some pecan.

Dinner tonight was a slice of cake. Had 2 hotdogs with ketchup mayo and mustard.

I’m back to recording weight every day.

Breakfast was half a sausage and egg on a tortilla. Gave my mom the other half. Lunch was a slice of wheat bread and salami and cheese. Also had a piece of banana bread.

Started a fast at 2:30 pm. Ended up eating some chicken thighs and a tortilla.

Dinner was an airfryed chicken thigh taco with a low carb tortilla.

Maybe eat dinner if I can’t sleep. Def no snacks. Kinda hard since I’m by my sis place with my mom. She’s only here for a month left. Leaving after the holidays.

Drinking iced coffee with almond milk. It’s 9 am. Going to check back in at 12 pm. After my coffee I’m going to drink plain water. Well made it to 2 and broke my fast with salmon and sweet potato. My sis had left some for me.

So I forgot we were going out tonight. Longhorns.

Had a huge berry sangria. I had a seafood chowda and a bit of the bread with

Today I’m eating a little at each meal. This morning had a bit of wheat bread and sliver of cheese. Lunch was a small slice of a personal pan pizza. And 2 small pancakes with whipped topping. Dinner was one rib, little rice, half. sweet potato and a little chicken and beans.

Well I ended up going to the gym this evening. I did the cyber arc trainer for about 15 min and walked around the indoor track for 42 min. Planning on getting up early to go again.

Came home hungry again and had some chicken rice and beans.

I am tired so I hope I can go to sleep early tonite. I’ll take my pills earlier than usual.

Did not make it to the gym this morning. I’ll go in the afternoon after my car appt at 2. Then I have to go to the Caribbean store to grab some stuff for tonight’s dinner. Taco night!

Breakfast was 2 fried mozzarella sticks, 1 chicken nugget, one whole wheat bread, an egg, cheese, and salami slice. Lunch was a small slice of a personal pan. Then I had a little pasta and ground meat. Dinner was two tacos- 1 haddock and 1 steak.

Made it to the gym. 10 min on arc trainer, 10 min on elliptical, 20 min walking around the track.

Today I went to the gym early morning. Just did 20 min on treadmill and 10 on indoor track. I walked one lap and ran the next lap. Did that twice. On the treadmill. Tried to push myself for the run.

Breakfast was two slice of sourdough bread. With a tea. Panera. Lunch is by my sis. C birthday. Got him a gift card. Should be rice beans and baked chicken. I’m bringing salad.

Today I got some groceries. I did a drive by. Might keep doing that.

Breakfast was an egg and some red onions. And a tortilla. Lunch was a salad with baby leaf lettuce, red onion, English cucumbers, Roma tomato, mushrooms, dried cranberries and dried c raisins, and crushed pecans.

At the movie I had one small piece of breadstick and one chicken strips. Came home and made another salad for dinner. Then I had a tortilla and egg with onion.

It was just sautéed red onions and an egg scrambled together.
