Happy birthday, Vic, and all the best for the upcoming year.
 
Today I turned 44 years old. Can’t believe it. I still feel young!

My family is celebrating my birthday at 2 pm. I just hope there is no cake. Would like a pumpkin pie though. Had a shot of mamajuana.

My mom is making barra and chana. She is making 3 chutney too. Tamarind, mango, and shadow bennie. Yum!!! Delicious!!! And with leftovers. curry turkey and pork. Had 1.5 barra.

With all those calories, I’m skipping breakfast and lunch.

I made it to the gym. I walked on an incline for an hour. Decent pace. Was at level 10!

So yesterday I had my own pumpkin pie. I took it home with me. They did have a cake roll but I didn’t have any!

Today I will visit my mom later. Maybe in the afternoon. No energy to go to the gym. Maybe I’ll feel better later.

I have to take my brother to the dispensary at noon. Then I plan on going to the gym right after. If I’m in the mood but I’ll put on my gym attire just in case! Then I’ll go to my sister’s place to visit my mom.

Breakfast was a scrambled egg (80) with onion (15) with two low carb tortilla (50). Lunch was ground beef with spaghetti sauce and egg noodles (500). Didn’t realize my lunch was so much cal for just one meal. Good that I looked up the calories in them. Had some baileys with almond milk and a chocolate shake.

Made it to the gym and walked on treadmill slow at 3.0 mph and at 10% incline for an hour.

Tired now. Will try to take a nap rn.

CW: 143.8 lbs!!! New low!!!

I think it’s best if I weigh myself just on Mondays.

Today I’m going to try and skip breakfast.

Lunch was a little rice and Chana. With pumpkin bread. And some popcorn. Dinner was one barra and chutney. And I had a tortilla and an egg. One bite of potato salad and a bite of cranberry sauce.

Went to the gym and walked at 3.0 mph and 15% incline for an hour. I went in the evening today.

I have to pick up the twins tomorrow too. On Wed I’m going with my sis A and Alex to Polar express at Justin’s Furniture. My mom is coming too.

Thank you, Cate. I hope I can keep this weight. I like to be under 145.0 lbs. Normal on the BMI scale.

Up early because I was worrying about the email I have to write a condo owner about a leak in their place. Waste of water. Just a big hassle and I don’t like confrontations.

So I went to the gym really early and walked on an incline 15% and 3.0 mph mostly. Did 3.2 mph for a little. 30 min. I’m planning on going this evening too. I have on my exercise clothes to go after I’m done picking up the twins. Went back to the gym and walked for an hour slowly.

Breakfast was a bacon, egg and cheese on one half of ciabatta bread. Starting the day good. I am going to make better choices today. Snack of cashew nuts mix. Small pate for lunch with passionfruit juice. Dinner which I ate late was an egg in a tortilla.

Hey Vic, its been a while so I thought I would check in. Long overdue actually.

Congrats on the 143.something! Do you feel like that is where you want to stay? Normal BMI, particularly with the exercise you do, is pretty good. Healthy for sure.

Happy belated birthday! And to me 44 sounds pretty young, you should feel that way. Hoping you feel just as young after the next 44.

No, Rob I’m going to keep going. I like the low 130s. But I still have this ultimate goal which I hope I get to before summer next year!

Cate, I finally confronted everyone and now that’s over I feel so good.

Tomorrow I’m going to try to go to the gym in the morning. I hope I wake up early and feel energized.

Got up at a decent time. Did a 30 min cardio dance video on apple fitness.

Had a handful of nuts. And half a chocolate chip cookie.

Went to the enchanted village and a light show and did 4D Polar Express ride at Jordan’s Furniture today. It was a nice afternoon.

Up early again this morning so I went to the gym and walked for 30 min on a 15% incline for 14 min, flat the rest.

my sis has the day off. So she can stay with my mom.

Had 2 small croissants with cheese and salami. Lunch was a slice of whole wheat bread with cheese. Dinner was a piece of chicken tender, quarter of a biscuit, and 2 honey strung wing ding and half a corn bread.

Have an appointment around noon. Might go by myself.

I know you have probably explained it before, but why that goal? It sounds like you are healthy and happy where you are.
 
Well, Rob, I feel better at a lower weight. I’ll still be at a good range for that weight. Of course I can’t eat junk and reach that number.
 
Today I’m taking my mom to the hairdresser for a color.

Tonight we r going to Stone lights. Dinner afterwards. Made reservations since it’s a large group.

Tomorrow it’s Alex baptism. I still have to get him a gift.
