So not recording my weight today. Kept on checking it and didn’t like what I saw. Last night I had ribs late.

Having 1.5 cups of McDonald’s coffee. Had a small piece of ground beef calzone. Lunch another piece of the beef calzone. Dinner was 3 fried mozzarella sticks and several fries. Had a small salad and some green beans.

Have to take my mom to a massage in Lawrence this afternoon. While she’s there I have to get the twins from their school.

Tomorrow for lunch I have ground turkey and green beans. Already made the meat.

Your body is most probably holding on to water from eating ribs. I think they're usually very salty. Maybe don't weigh tomorrow after chips etc either. Enjoy the time with your Mum, Vic. How long is she with you this time?

Breakfast was half a shake with almond milk. Took a small piece of scone. Had half a banana. Had rice, beans and 2 small pieces of chicken. Dinner was some bush tea and one piece of cornbread.

I plan on not snacking today.

148. Something!!!

Had some coffees and teas for breakfast. Today is Veterans Day… so I’m going for a free lunch at 110 Grill with my bro.

Ended up getting a Cuban sandwich. And a cocktail that I couldn’t finish! Too strong!!!

Tonight we r getting together to have basmati rice and curry pork and plantain,

Breakfast was an avocado toast with tomato and an egg. Had some snacks.

Going to the movie to watch black Adam. Got a cocktail. And a margarita pizza.

Dinner was a Panera fugi chicken salad and a baguette. Then I had 2 wing dings and 2 chicken nuggets.

I just had avocado on toast but mixed up with tuna, some rhubarb chutney & a small amount of low-fat mayo. Yum! Did you enjoy the movie?
 
Yeah, black Adam was good. A lot of action. Going to watch black panther soon too. And can’t wait for avatar.

Day 1:

Got up this morning and did a 30 min dance video on apple fitness. Then I’m having a big glass of water. I’m making some bush tea rn.

Breakfast: boiled egg.
Lunch: sautéed colossal shrimp with stir fry veggies and some cauliflower rice
Mid-afternoon: boiled egg
Dinner: stir fry veggies and some cauliflower rice
After dinner: an egg with onions and bacon

Plan for the rest of today. I’m going to drink a ton of water. After I take my bro to dispensary I’m going to do another video. No snacking today. Then sometimes today when I feel like it I’ll do a strength video.

Did a 20 min dance video after lunch.

Tomorrow I have to go to Bedford for my bro lab work.

Day 2

147.4 lbs!!! Going to do the same thing today.

Got up and did 30 min of dance videos. Drinking a large glass of water. Making bush tea. I did a upper body strength training video this evening. 10 min.

Late breakfast: boiled egg
Early dinner: stir fry veggies and cauliflower rice and a boiled egg
Late dinner: 5 colossal shrimp with ketchup
Really late meal: an egg with onions and bacon

Was at Bedford for most of the day with my bro and mom.

Day 3

145.8 lbs!!!

Did a 30 min Zumba video this morning. Got up early just to do it!

Going to my eye appt. Want to get colored lenses. Got honey colored lens And a hazel one.

Planning on eating Breakfast at 10 am.

Breakfast: boiled egg
Lunch: scrambled egg with onions. 2 fried plantain and oil.
Dinner: boiled egg. Drinking a large glass of cold plain water
After Dinner: rice, dal, airfryer chicken thigh and kimchi and a slice of mozzarella cheese.

Dinner I’m going to eat later. Since I usually get hungry before I could fall asleep.

Did another 30 min Zumba video. And 5 min of core.

Closed all my rings!

I like the idea of colored contacts, but my eyes are so dry they're always uncomfortable. What's your natural eye color?
 
I have dark brown eyes. So pretty boring! I really like this honey color. It makes my eyes look like a light brown. So more natural looking on me.
