Day 3
145.8 lbs!!!
Did a 30 min Zumba video this morning. Got up early just to do it!
Going to my eye appt. Want to get colored lenses. Got honey colored lens And a hazel one.
Planning on eating Breakfast at 10 am.
Breakfast: boiled egg
Lunch: scrambled egg with onions. 2 fried plantain and oil.
Dinner: boiled egg. Drinking a large glass of cold plain water
After Dinner: rice, dal, airfryer chicken thigh and kimchi and a slice of mozzarella cheese.
Dinner I’m going to eat later. Since I usually get hungry before I could fall asleep.
Did another 30 min Zumba video. And 5 min of core.
