There is nothing boring about dark brown eyes. I love brown eyes. Mine are hazel. Glad that weight is coming back down again after your trip. You have nipped it right in the bud :)
 
I think dark brown eyes are gorgeous and I find my blue version the most boring thing ever :D I guess we all want what we don't have...
 
Thank you, Llama and Cate for those kind words. I should appreciate my eye color more. But glad for the change. No one mentioned my different look. My mom thinks it looks like my natural eyes.

Day 4!!!

Got up early again. Did a 30 min Zumba video on apple fitness.

I’m thinking about doing another video when I’m by my sis babysitting the twins.

Today is my moms birthday. Will be going to Grassfields for dinner. I plan on getting a salad for dinner and I’ll bring my own dressing.

Breakfast: a boiled egg at 10
Lunch: dal and chicken thigh
Snack: peppermint pretzel, Cheetos, Fritos
Dinner: piece of bread, a zucchini stick, piece of a texmex egg roll and goat cheese spinach salad with cranberries and candied pecan with my dressing of sg poppyseed. And a slice of pina colada cake.

Day 5

147.0 lbs!!! And I didn’t even had a cocktail. But did snack junk in the afternoon and cake!!!

Didn’t do my exercise this morning. Went by my mom and was surprised to see Tom. Sick and not in school. Have to pick up Risa after school.

Going to eat after 10 am.

Breakfast: one bun of an English muffin, one scrambled egg with sweet onions
Lunch: chicken thigh and dal
Snack: Fritos, peppermint pretzel, pina colada cake and a spoon of apple strudel ice cream, sliver of pizza (just a little of each junk)
Early dinner: boiled egg
Dinner: a salad with avocado, 2 hotcakes with syrup and a slice of pina colada cake
After dinner: scrambled egg with onions

(Rough day today with the eating)

Tomorrow going up to North Conway for Santa’s Village for the Mom birthday weekend. I’ll try to eat light for breakfast and lunch.

I had to look up North Conway as I hadn't heard of it. Look out for moose ;)

Drinking coffee with almond milk. Had cake. An egg and onions. Lunch was brown rice, chicken thigh half and piece of avocado. Dinner will be lasagna beef.

So I’m starting over on Mon.

Today I had an avocado toast with an egg and tomatoe for breakfast. Then I had cupcake. Went to Santa’s village. Had a dozen mini dough nuts and 2 coffees with creamer and Splenda. Dinner was lasagna and bread with salami.
 
Well about to drive home. Had a great time. Have to start back again with the weightloss. Will weigh tomorrow and I really don’t want to but have to see where I’m at.

Day 0

Had an egg and avocado on a Tuscan sliced bread. Had 2 coffees with milk and Splenda. Also, had a mimosa with Prosecco and passion fruit.

Lunch I came home. I defrosted and made ground chicken. And 2 steak tips and 10 fries. Dinner was a slice of bread and a salami. Drinking tea before I go to sleep.

This week I’m not going to have any sweets until pumpkin pie for Thanksgiving. Told my family that I don’t want a cake for my birthday on Sat.

Day 1:

Drinking a tea now. Busy this morning. Went to Walmart to return 3 heaters that we had to use in NH. When we first came to the house there was no heat. It actually didn’t come on until the day we left. So we had to use the heaters that we bought.

Food was good. Felt I over indulged in the lasagna. My sis made me breakfast for both days. Avocado with an over easy egg on half a slice of bread. I had the lasagna for both days for dinner. Said no to the pizza.

Breakfast is an egg with onions. Cheese and low carb tortilla. Lunch was leftover lasagna and rice and ground meat. And small last slice of cake! And I had 5 mini pancakes with whipped topping.

I’m not going to post my weight until next Monday. Tons of stuff happening this week.

Had a cereal for breakfast. Lunch was a little rice and beans.

Did a lot this morning. I have to make pernil for Thanksgiving. The pork is already seasoned just need to defrost. Also have to season the turkey. Think I will brine it tomorrow morning. Won’t leave it to long. Don’t want it too salty.
 
So for breakfast I just had a coffee with creamer and Splenda from DD. Slice of bread and a bacon. A powdered donut for a snack.

Already brined the turkey for tomorrow. Our Thanksgiving dinner won’t be till 5 pm so I have plenty of time to roast the pernil. My sis is doing the turkey.

Having a tea with cashew milk with Splenda. Breakfast was a small almond croissant that my sis made. And an egg with 2 bacon slices and sweet onions.

I put the pork in the oven at a low temp. Have plenty of time. Took the turkey to my sis.

Went to the gym and walked slowly for 30 min. Was surprised the gym was open today.

Looking forward to dinner. Had a little bit of everything. Dessert was Tres (4) leche cake (that I got from the Caribbean store).

Breakfast was 2 little beef pates. With a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Drinking bush tea right now.

I plan on going to the gym soon and just do a little something. Did an hour of walking on the treadmill. I increased the speed a little and the incline.

Lunch was one small pate. And a 25 cal tortilla and leftover pernil. Dinner I’m having turkey in a tortilla.

Did a 30 min Zumba video.
