Today I had McDonald’s coffee with creamer and Splenda. Lunch at a new spot- I had an over easy egg and 1 toast with butter, a little home fries and one slice of bacon. And 2 cups of coffee with creamer and Splenda.

Dinner is a get together by my older sis. I think it’s shrimp with brown rice.

Hopefully I get to sleep in tomorrow!
 
Dinner was sweet and spicy shrimp with brown rice. And cabbage and carrots. I had 2 glasses of a sangria. Then I had a strawberry shortcake with vanilla ice cream and whipped topping. I also had one cracker with cheese and jam. Also one veggie samosa.

Sounds good! Shrimp are one of my favorite foods. Back when I lived on the Gulf coast I used to catch my own sometimes. Still eat them from time to time, but what I can get here in Utah isn't the same as fresh, but close enough.

How goes your purging? Hopefully you are not. It's been a while since I have noticed you saying anything about it.
 
I haven’t purged in about 3 weeks. So that’s an improvement.

Drinking a McDonald’s coffee with creamer and Splenda. When I feel hungry I’m going to have an egg over easy. Then I’m going to have a slice of Ezekiel raisin bread with butter. Then for dinner I’m going to have shrimp and brown rice. Leftovers.

Went to the gym and walked for 35 min at a slow pace and a little incline. Maybe I’ll go back to the gym later today. Maybe do some strength training.

Yes, however if you only purge infrequently can you just quit? Infrequent purges can't help much with weight control. I know this is a complex issue, and one I know little about, so hope I am not interfering where I don't belong.
 
I binge then I purge. So if I can control the binging then I don’t have to purge. Sometimes I just can’t stop eating until I don’t have it anymore and it’s a viscous cycle. That’s why I don’t lose weight when I do purge because i eat a lot of calories. That’s why when I fast it makes thing easier. This week I’m trying to eat meals. Exercise on an empty stomach after I wake up. I’ll plan my meals for the day in the morning. (And I’ve been to overeaters anonymous and it did not help me.)

NEway I was hungry so I had an Ezekiel bread with Mayo and a hot tea with cashew milk. It’s late and I’m having a hard time sleeping even with my ambien. I think tomorrow I’m having an over easy egg in the morning around 12 pm. Then I’ll have shrimp and brown rice around 430 pm. I’ll eat my Ezekiel bread later if I get hungry during the night.

I will try to wake up at 8 am. I’ll do 30 min walking slow on a low incline at the gym. And I think I’ll do some strength training. Maybe my legs and abs. I always have a plan. I just need to follow through.
 
Sometimes I just can’t stop eating until I don’t have it anymore and it’s a viscous cycle.
I remember those days, and I had a lot of them. I wish I could give you some golden insight into how to stop the binges, but I can't. All I can say is I have managed it one day at a time for over a year and a half now. I really do try to just do it one day at a time, no long term commitments.

I also went to OA, a long time ago. I had an Aunt who was one of the founding members way back. She managed to lose weight and keep it off for over 40 years, so I know it works for some. She inspired me to give it a try. I did learn things from them, like the one day at a time idea. However, for a number of reasons OA wasn't right for me. A disappointment, I know it has worked for many others, my aunt included.

It sounds like you really do manage most days, just a few more and you'll be there. You might read LaMa's diary she has managed to control her bingeing, and is very different in it that I am. Maybe she would have some insights that would help you.

Keep at it, you will find a way, I know you will.

Well I woke up late. Lunch I had a slice of Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread with butter. Dinner is going to be shrimp and brown rice with green beans. After dinner I’m not sure yet. Maybe a boiled egg?
 
Well I went to the gym. Walked for 32 min on a 15% incline. Then walked the rest of the hour on varying degrees of incline. Then I strength trained my lower body.

Had an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin toast with mayo for dinner. I’m going to try to make it till bedtime.

Tomorrow I have to take my brother for his medicine at Bedford.
 
Well I had an after dinner meal of 2 egg whites and steamed green beans. And a coffee with cashew milk and Splenda.

I should be good to fall asleep.

Today for breakfast I had one egg, 2 sausage links, and home fries. I had it at Bedford.

I’m going to try to fast for the rest of the day.

Today for breakfast I had an xl hot Jamaican me crazy coffee with creamer and Splenda. And 2 red velvet munchkins. From heavenly. Then for lunch I had 3 chicken nuggets and 1 mozzarella sticks. From BK.
 
Went to the gym and walked at a 15% incline at 3.0 mph for an hour. Felt good. After. Almost went to the weights. I’ll do an upper body and abs video tonight. Before I sleep.

I made it to the gym and did not do any cardio. Strength trained my upper body and abs. Did most of the machines and a little free weights. I would like to do a YouTube video later today.

I had an herbal life shake. I put in cashew milk and blend it with ice. Pretty delicious.

Today I had a shake for breakfast. Lunch/dinner was a Hawaiian roll w chicken and cheese. Then I had some cheddar and sour cream chips.
