Vic’s Weight Loss

So the past two days I gained 5 lbs!!! I was eating a lot of crap. Like Cheerios and bread with deli meats and cheese. Had an apple pie and 2 McDonald’s cones.

So that was that!!! I’m back again. Today I had a coffee with almond milk. Lunch/dinner I had apps of crackers and cheese and grapes and nuts. Then I had stew chicken and a little rice. I had a healthy amount of a salad that I made. Then late tonight I had another salad. I’m going to have salads this week. I will prep it before I get hungry.

I put in spring mix lettuce. Then I put in cucumbers, red onions, Roma tomato, cabbage mix, and craisin. With a red wine and evoo salad dressing.

So I’m ready diet wise. Exercise wise I will go if I can get going. Water wise I will drink as much as I can.
 
Day 1 of 7
1. Got a black coffee from heavenly. ~
2. Drank one glass of water+
3. Salad for dinner and one at night. +
4. Gym rest+
5. I had home cooked food by my sis. +
6. Had 1.5 cans of Diet Coke ~

Have to get better numbers tomorrow.

Day 2 of 7. 7th Day is when we r getting together again. On Friday and Sun is capital grille.

Today I went to the gym and just did 15 min on elliptical around level 15. The treadmills were full and I did not want to wait.

I skipped breakfast. Lunch was a salad. Dinner/ late night eating is if I’m hungry then a salad. I did drink more water today. Did have about 3 Diet cokes, water with crystal light, coffee and tea with cashew milk.

Tomorrow I have to take my brother to JP. An hour away. I’ll try to go to the gym later if I’m not tired.
 
So I did have a salad for dinner. I’m going to try not to eat anything else.

Lunch I had around 1130 am and dinner at 630 pm. I’m going to try to sleep at 11 pm.

Today I didn’t get to eat until 3 pm. I took my brother to JP and they wouldn't let me go with him. So i waited in my car for hours.

So my sis is making me go with them to vacation in Virginia Beach in May. She changed the dates to accommodate me. It’s going to be a week and we will be driving down in a van. About 10 hours.

I ate a salad around 4 or so. Not planning on eating anything else. Trying this new change. Not to eat after 7 pm. i will try to sleep around 11 pm. I don’t have to go anywhere tomorrow. I will get up and get my brother a breakfast sandwich and a cappuccino from Heavenly and for me just just a black coffee.

Then on wed my brother has an appt with oral surgery in Bedford. I think my sis has that day off. So I can’t go with her but I can meet her some place after his appt.
 
Day 3 of 7. It’s late. Just had a salad. Just did one tbls of red vinegar and evoo. im still hungry but waiting for 30 min to pass. I’m getting cravings for bread or pita bread or cinnamon raisin sprout bread with butter. Maybe the raisin bread with butter and a coffee with cashew milI. Might give in. First I’ll drink coffee. Then wait another 30 min.
 
4 more days left. I had to change when I will report my weekly weigh-in. So I will weigh in on Fridays. i eat too much on the weekend. I’ll try to do better this week and on the weekends.

After the coffee my cravings left. So no hunger.
 
Well ended up having 6 Tostitos and a slice of the Ezekiel cinnamon raisin bread at 230 am.

My weight did not change.
 
Today I fasted. Had a little pork jerky.

Fasting until tomorrow til lunch. I will be meeting up with my sis and the twins and Alex. In the morning I have to take my brother to Bedford. Should be back before noon.

Went for a little hike today in North Andover. Snow is still on the ground.

What I weigh at the end of the day. At 10 pm I had an Ezekiel cinnamon raisin with a little butter. And a coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Actually feeling better.

Tomorrow I have to drive an hour each way so I had a little something so I don’t get dizzy or whatever.

I hope I’m 137 lbs or so. And I hope I can fall asleep tonight. I think I took my medicine to early. Im thinking about sleeping on my couch tonight. My HBO STARZ and Disney is on my Apple TV. So I can’t get those in my bedroom.

Had a half of a burger by itself and half a pita with one slice of ham. And a Diet Coke. That’s it for tonight.
 
So I ate too much today.

We went to a farm and then to a sculpture museum outdoors. My sis brought salad and sushi. Then I came home and ate some linguine and meatballs. Had a glass of Riesling. Also mixed nuts.

Right now I’m really stuft. Watching a show then I’m going to try to sleep.

Tomorrow all I have to do is ship my mom a box of medicines and other stuff she wanted. And maybe go and get some Diet Pepsi since it’s on sale.

I’m going to try to skip breakfast and lunch tomorrow.

Well today I had 2 doughnuts with a Jamaican me crazy coffee with almond milk and Splenda. Then by my sis I had dinner of Brazilian fish stew and a little brown rice. And a couple of the plantains. Dessert was 2 cookies from crumble and piece of Brazilian bread. Which was a sweet bread with pudding in the center and shredded coconut on top.

Tomorrow I have a free day! So I’m going to sleep in. Then on Sunday we r going to capital grille for dinner.

Today we r going to Capitol Grille in Burlington. An expensive place. I’m going to dress up. I found a black dress never used in my closet. So I’ll wear that leggings and an ankle boot.

I’m not sure what I’m going to eat for dinner. Breakfast was 2 red velvet donut holes and a med coffee with creamer and Splenda from Heavenly.
 
I hope you'll have a lovely time! Dressing up is so much fun... I miss having occasions to do that for. I've been living in sweatpants ever since the epidemic started. Dresses and ankle boots are a lovely combo. Your earlier post got my mouth watering - I love plantains, but they are really hard to get in my country. Some Asian groceries carry them but it's always a hit-and-miss. :)

I had a great time with my sisters. I had a Kona aged steak. A little mashed potato and green beans. I took home the salad and cheesecake.

Today I had 2 red velvet donut holes. And a med coffee with creamer and Splenda for breakfast. Ended up eating 2 glazed donut. My brother bought a bakers dozen. So it’s in my house. That’s all I’m going to eat for today.

Tomorrow I will try to eat more healthier.

I did go to the gym and walked an hour at a little incline.

Today I had a med coffee with creamer and Splenda and 2 red velvet holes. Couldn’t help myself. Was hungry before I reached the grocery store. And there is a Heavenly right there! I started to just get a med instead of a xl since I’m getting the creamer.

For lunch/ dinner I’m having brown rice and ground turkey. I bought a rice cooker. Just got it in.

I have to make the meat for the shepherd pie for St Patty day.
 
Lunch was a salad with arugula, tomato, cucumbers, and red onion and dried cranberries. With a red wine vinegar and olive oil dressing.

I’m going to make my dinner late.

I went to the gym and walked on an incline for 73 min. I actually increased my speed- 3.5 mph for about 30 min, And incline was mostly at 15%. I also did some squats. Feeling good. Might do some more exercise later.
