Well did not make it. Could not fall asleep. Ended up eating a hard boiled egg. And drinking a Diet Pepsi. Might have a slice of ezielcke bread with butter!

now I’m watching the presidential debate.

I think I’m going to fast till dinner again. I’ll drink water today. Yesterday I drank a lot of water. I had one Diet Pepsi last night. Today I’m going to try for all day without one. Nor coffee!

I don’t have to go to my moms until after lunch So I should be good with no temptations.

So I made it to 2 pm.

Ended up eating lunch. I had some plantain with ground beef and cheese. It was pretty good. Hopefully I will skip dinner!
 
Well at 138.8 lbs!!! Finally back in the 130s.

Since I had breakfast of Jamaican Me crazy coffee with Almond milk and Splenda. And 2 munchkins.

Today I plan on fasting for the rest of the day. I would love to be under 138 tomorrow!
 
I also had a couple small pieces of pork and potatoe. And I had tea with 2% milk.

I also walked about a mile or so in a park.

I hope that’s enough to lose weight tomorrow!
 
Well I ended up eating last night!

Weight: 138.8 lbs

Today I’m fasting until dinner. It’s going to be lasagna. Yum!!!

I will start back exercising on Monday. Was just lazy this week.
 
Did pretty good today. All I had was one xl coffee with almond milk from heavenly and one small kurig coffee with creamer. And a piece of lasagna. And one Diet Coke.

Not going to have anything else tonight. I’ll stay up till 10 pm and then I’ll take my pills so I can sleep. Not going to sabotage myself tonight!

I was pretty busy today. Had a mammogram and everything is fine.

So I did not get up and eat late last night! Today I’m going to do the same!!!

I am planning on fasting until dinner. If my sis invites me over then I’ll eat there. If not then I’ll stay home all day. I hope they are not expecting me. I just want to stay home for at least one day.

I am drinking an iced Jamaican me crazy coffee with almond milk.

I’ll stay up until 10 again and hopefully I’ll go sleep again!
 
So today I did well. I fasted for most of the day. Then I had an ice cream sandwich and a veggie burger around dinner time. I also had coffee with almond milk.

I made it to the gym and did 30 min on the elliptical doing level 7 most of the time. I also strength trained my lower body. I made that a priority today.

Tomorrow my sis is making roti and curry chicken sometime in the afternoon. So I’m going to fast until then. And I will not drink any alcohol while I’m there.

I’m going to take my pills at 10 pm and hopefully I fall asleep tonight.

Today I’m fasting until dinner for the roti and curry chicken. Will just eat a little. Will have coffee with almond milk throughout the day.

Went to the gym and did 15 min on the elliptical.
 
Rob, I drink about 4 or more cups of coffee a day with almond milk. I also drink a lot of Diet Coke throughout the day.

I’m doing OMAD. One meal a day! (IF). And I don’t snack like I used to do. And I cut out alcohol. (I do need more veggies.). And I don’t eat at night because I’ve been sleeping and not getting up to eat. It’s only been several days that I changed my habits. During the weekends it’s hard because my family always have get togethers that I can’t not go.

So I decided to during the week to just eat one meal. I usually bring my mom coffee with creamer. I used to have one too. So I cut that out and just have almond milk in my coffee. So it’s a little more expensive. But this week I’ll bring my own almond milk and use my sis kurig. Then I’m not going to look for snacks at my sis. Then I’m not going to stay for dinner. Leave before my sister gets home (unless we go for a walk).

I also will start back going to the gym and do cardio (elliptical). I will also strength trained too. Have to prioritize that.

This is my plan this week. Just one day at a time.

So I also haven't b/p for awhile now. So that’s great!!! And then with the fasting I don’t have the need to go and b/p. I haven’t been hungry during the day and I just tell myself I will wait and have what I want in my eating window. It’s a lot easier to say no now! I’m in a routine and seeing my weight go down is a great motivation!

Also I’m secretly losing weight to compete with my ‘sis’ who is using herbal life and working out. And peddling it. I just can’t drink shakes for a meal. It will make me more hungry. I’m seeing her today and hopefully won’t see me again until the end of the month.

This month no cake or huge get togethers until my sis birthday on the 28th.
 
So today went okay. I ate a little more than I intended of the roti and curry chicken. I did have a little cheese and crackers as an app. I did not have any alcohol.

I should do better tomorrow! This week is all planned out and hopefully I will lose some weight. Tomorrow my brother has a phone interview after that I’ll go to the gym. Maybe strength train my upper body and core. Then I’ll go by my mom after. I‘ll try to fast until dinner. Maybe even eat later.

I hope I sleep tonight. I will take my pills at 10 pm.

Today I overate breakfast. More like a binge. My brother made breakfast for me and I just couldn’t help myself. Self sabotage. So I’ll just eat normally for dinner.

And start back with my fasting tomorrow!

Don't let it get you down, eating a big meal is not necessarily a binge, and I see you are still doing well with the no b/p thing. All in all I think you are fine, and will be doing even better.
 
I can’t seem to fall asleep. Will try again later.

I fasted all day and I just ate some food. I had two slices of bread, two cheese, three salami. I also had a small piece of steak and cheese sub.

I’m going to try a 24 hour fast today. Hopefully I will have a new low tomorrow.
